Escalation & Settlement

  • • Customer Service receives complaints, records them
    complaints and create complaint tickets.
  • • Customer Service then escalates to the Unit /
    Relevant division for resolving investor complaints.
  • • Investigation process and handling of settlements
    investor complaints by relevant Units/Divisions accordingly
    with SLA for handling customer complaints.
  • • Feedback on the results of investigations and complaint handling
    sent back to Customer Service for assistance
    delivered back to investors.

Complaint Settlement

Customer Service provides information and confirmation of results settlement of investor complaints.

Monitoring

Routine monitoring is carried out on investor complaints that come in on a daily and monthly basis through reports to management and regulators / SROs.
